virginia calbo
Virginia Calbo, scratch that, BLIMP was born May 5,1976 to Teofilo Calvo and Olivia Barreras in Los Angeles California. She joined her father In heaven on December 23, 2017 at 41 years old.... Virginia met the love of her life when she was young and quickly fell in love and married Samuel Quimiro. The flame between them was so full and intense that they just wanted to share it and grow their family. She is survived by her mother Olivia, her amazing children Isabella, Michelle and Gerardo Quimiro, by her loving sisters Valvina and Angelica Maria, her strong brothers Ralph and Jaime Calbo, her step-sister Abigail and step brother Jorge Baltazar and she is survived by everyone she mothered. She had that motherly love that not many people had and took care of our villages children. She was predeceased by her father Teofilo Calvo. Blimp was the backbone of our crazy family and she knew how to bring us all back together. She was the person that everyone confided in and we could only imagine all the secrets she kept till this day... but boy, let me tell you if you didn’t tell her it was a secret then it was clear to her that It was fair share of news. She was also the family’s La Times new lady! If you wanted to know the chisme(gossip) she would be the one to go to. We could be on the phone in the middle of our conversation and next thing you know there’s a huge group text with the gossip! Despite all of the ups and downs and unexpected turns that unfolded in your life you raised three strong children who all became Honor Roll Students and are the happiest because their mom showed them how to always look at the brighter side of things and to always smile and never give up! You are the strongest person we all knew and forever you will be with us in our hearts. Thank you for opening your heart and home to us. We are forever grateful to you Blimp! Now you can have as much Pumpkin Spice Frappuccinos as you want and& play cards with your dad Lipo! Keep an eye on his hands tho, you know how he gets.! I'm sure Starbucks is going to lose a lot of money without his loyal weekly customers! I love you! Rest in paradise my love! You are free!
