Violet Bell Flammang, a longtime resident of Redondo Beach passed away on Monday, May 12, 2003 in Torrance. Born in San Bernardino, California on January 25, 1916, Violet was 87. She had worked for Sav On Drug Store for over 15 years. She is survived by daughter Diane (Pat) Cleary of Redondo Beach and granddaughter, Kimberly Reck of Long Beach. Visitation will be held Thursday, May 15, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at White and Day Mortuary, 901 Torrance Blvd. in Redondo Beach. Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 16 at 2:00 PM in the Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be held Monday, May 19 at 1:30 PM at San Jacinto Valley Cemetery, 2555 Santa Fe, San Jacinto, CA.
