Words cannot express how wonderful you are, and how much you have taught me in the times that we spent together. I am blessed that Yiu were able to spend time with me and my family here in Illinois, and took care of my brother Reggie when he worked in LA. I’m following your footsteps and becoming an R N as well. I’ll miss you, but I know you’re u are in a better place. Love always, your niece Roberta.

To All the Loved Ones of Aunt Vera, especially to her children, my cousins, and her remaining sisters, my aunts:

The few weeks my Aunt Vera spent in Tallahassee, with me, were quite interesting. Ha-ha! Though we didn’t spend years together, the time spent will be well remembered by me (Mom also shared a lot of stories about their very interesting childhood).

My goodness (smile)! Aunt Vera was very wise, funny, stubborn (yep!), and and had such a beautiful spirit about herself (Reminds me of my own Mom…smile). There was always something “new”, daily, when I saw her.

Though Aunt Vera is not “here”, with me, I truly believe I will see her “There”.

May our LORD, JESUS CHRIST, comfort us all during this difficult time.

Aunt Vera is missed, but will be remembered by me.
