Pslam 23 The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. Theresa "Terri" Mary Boschetti returned to her heavenly home on September 26, 2018 after a long and valiant battle due to complications from heart surgery. Theresa was born to Italian immigrant parents Ottavio Boschetti and Aida (Menna) Boschetti in Waterbury, Connecticut on July 1, 1944. Theresa's father passed away when she was a young child. When she was in high school her brothers Vince and Marsh and their families moved to El Segundo in southern California and Theresa and her mother soon followed. After high school Theresa lived a colorful life, traveling all over the globe experiencing many adventures most of us just read about. Then in the 1970's after an encounter with the Lord while taking a walk in Alaska, Theresa dedicated her life to Christ. Her first church was Gospel Outreach which included living at the Gospel Outreach Perris Ranch in southern California and soon after moving to Humboldt County and living at the Gospel Outreach Lighthouse Ranch in Loleta, California. From there she lived abroad continuing to spread the Word of God and serving the Body of Christ leading many over the years including her own family to know the Lord and for their salvation. Her greatest gift of all was as a prayer warrior. Theresa was a cook at heart. Her family and friends were treated to many of her fabulous dishes including her homemade pizza, stuffed bread, linguini and clams, Italian desserts and much more. She was incredibly creative from her jewelry making to crocheting and knitting to her impeccable taste in fashion and design. She was truly a real life Auntie Mame! Theresa is survived by her two brothers Vincent and Marshall Boschetti; her sister-in-law Nancy Boschetti; nieces Desiree, Eda Marie and Tracey; nephews Michael, Stephen and Marc and 5 great-nephews and 6 great-nieces. A memorial service was held for Theresa on Sunday, October 21st at 3:00 pm followed by a reception at Coast Christian Church, 4000 Pacific Coast Highway in Torrance, California.
