  1. I was so shocked and sad to learn of Sylvia’s passing. We had just been texting a week before her birthday. She was looking forward to her family from Oklahoma visiting and going to Disneyland. She told me they were going to close the park down.

Sylvia and I knew one another for 20 years but never met in person. She handled the Sam’s Club corporate account that I worked on and we spoke multiple times a day. When I left the company, we remained friends and always had good laughs via email, phone calls and texts.

I loved her so much and felt like I knew “Little Robert” as she would call her son. She talked so much of her Mother and sisters and nieces. She loved with her big heart.

I will miss talking with my dear friend. We had alot of jokes between us and my life won’t be the same without her reminding me how warm Cali is compared to Iowa, where I live now.

My sincere condolences to her family. She was a special lady.
