Susan Kay Ruiz, a resident of the South Bay for most of her life, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2012. Born in Los Angeles, CA, Susan was 62 when she died. She graduated from Redondo Union High school in 1968. She loved arts and crafts and was an excellent artist. Susan is survived by daughter, Lisha Saldivar, brother, William (Scott) Ruiz, and grandchildren, Dominic and Yvonne. She was preceded in death by her father, William Ruiz, and her mother, Rojean Ruiz, formerly of Redondo Beach, CA. The Service will be held at Rice Mortuary on Friday November 30, 2012 at 9:30 am. Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes .
Such a beautiful woman. Susie looks so much like Aunt Jean. Cousins are so special and even though as adults we haven’t kept in touch, I sincerely feel the loss. My heart goes out to you Scott and family and am thinking about you. Love Deb Taylor #5.
