  1. My heart is literally broken. I will miss my dear friend so much. I’ve known Shelli for almost 20 years when she took care of my baby in her daycare. To this day that 20 year old baby had a great relationship with Shelli and enjoyed her stories. Let’s face it, Shelli was hands down the best story teller. I (and my girls) could listen to her and laugh for hours, and actually did on many occasions. I still cannot believe she’s gone and that we won’t be getting together as usual for our dinners and movies. She was truly what defines a great friend. I can honestly say she was ALWAYS there in good and bad times. She was the best party planner and the most thoughtful person. It was not rare to find flowers on my porch when I was going through a hard time or literally bags of Christmas presents for my whole family when we were going through a difficult financial time. I cannot bare the thought of not sharing upcoming life events with her. My only little bit of comfort comes in knowing she’s completely pain free and would tell me to “really, you have got to pull it together right now”. Thank you my sweet friend for amazing memories and for loving my girls and my family the way you did. Can’t wait to see you again. I love you.

  2. I will never forget Shelli. She loved my Lukie and was such a wonderful friend to me. I remember her laugh and her real genuine kindness. I can not believe that she gone. I look forward to seeing her one day again. Our love to Mike and all the family.
