Scott Allen Herrington, 57, a native resident of Redondo Beach California, passed away on Sunday December 13, 2020.

Restoration of old cars was a pastime that grew from his life’s career as a master mechanic.

Enjoying the outdoors, he fished on the pier and shore and went camping. He loved motorcycles, being a rider his whole life, and always had a dog companion at his side.

Scott will be greatly missed and was taken too soon. Survived by his parents George and Maureen, sister Elizabeth Williams, brother Robert Herrington, nieces, nephews, cousins and a large extended family.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to spcaLA, (www.spcala.com), in his honor.

  8. My Sweet Scott, we had some great times and we had some bad times, but we always got thru the bad times together. You were always there for me when I needed it and I will always be grateful that I alone was there for you when you needed it most. I will never regret being there with you, loving you and holding your hand as you took your last breath. Love you always!
