Santana was born to Eriberto Transito and Maria Ernestina Lopez on February 5, 1955 in San Julian, El Salvador. He was the youngest of three children. He is survived by his wife Delia Lopez, his daughter Cristina Lopez, his sister Maria Alfaro and his nephew Marvin Alfaro. Santana lived a fulfilling life as a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend. He loved fishing, camping, and Sunday walks at the local flea market. He was selfless and kind-hearted and believed that “Tomorrow is never promised, so he lived for the moment.” Respects can be paid during his viewing at Lighthouse Memorials & Receptions on 1016 West 164th Street in Gardena, CA on Friday, May 25th from 5-9pm. Services will be on Saturday, May 26th at 11 am at the same location followed by a procession to Roosevelt Memorial Park on 18255 South Vermont Avenue in Gardena, CA for burial.
