  1. Oh such a dear friend Sally was to me and loved very much by my Mom, Pearl. I just found out about her passing today. We shared many days of fun & laughter together with the Bingo Gang during my ten years in CA. And, while I live far away now, Sally will always have a very, very special place in my heart. What a loss of a great person. My sympathies to her family.

  2. Everyone needs an Aunt Sally. Aunt Sally taught me many things. Some important, some not, but all a part of me. First, she gave my siblings and I a family for the holidays when we really were not sure what family was anymore. I can’t believe that I have lost all of her knit Christmas stockings. (Aunt Sally knit them, Grandma Helen filled them with cash!). Next, she really knew how to cook. No one, even my mom, can match her Orange Jello Salad. She also taught me how to cuss like a sailor! I used to think she wanted the window open in her old car for fresh air while driving the streets of Redondo, I now realize it was for the effect of her “color commentary” as we cruised the sunny streets. Don’t make Aunt Sally mad! Most of all, I admired her smile, laugh, and drive to be great at whatever you do. Thank you Aunt Sally. Kiss Grandma and Grampa in heaven for me. Love Brenda (and Bryan, Belinda and Mike)

  3. Sally was a great lady, well spireted and friendly to all she was a devoted TOPS member and she will always be in the hearts of the members of TOPS #CA 2084, Torrance. She will be missed but will always be an insperation to all of us.
