Ronald
Lanie, Ronald John a 43 year resident of Redondo Beach, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2006 in Loma Linda. Born in South Dakota, Ronald was 44 when he died. He is survived by his wife, Debra Lanie father, Donald Lanie, Sons, Ronald Jr., Kenneth, & Terry Lanie, Sisters, Nancy Menes, Marsha Casteel, Rose Barragon, Connie Foley, Donna McMahon, Beth Williams & Cathie Singer, brother, Mike, Jeff, Steve & Donald Lanie. A gathering of family & friends will be Thursday, October 12, 2006, 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at White & Day Colonial Mortuary in Redondo Beach, followed by procession to Pacific Crest Cemetery in Redondo Beach for the graveside service at 2:00 P.M.

To the Lanie family, I have fond memories of te Lyle’s and the Lanie’s growing up in the old neighborhood.I always remember the 3 large families, the Lanie’s Hoyt’s and Lyle’s and we had great times. Ronald will be missed and I would like to send a prayer to his family, wife and children. May God be with you during this difficult time and bring you strength.

  9. I love you and always have. We have three great boys! I thank you for them. Your family has been so very supportive of the boys and I through this horrible tragedy. I couldn’t have gotten through this without them. The great times we spent together while raising our sons, will always remain in our hearts forever. So, to us you will never really be gone.   27. Dear Lanie family, What a wonderful person your brother was. I can remember when my brother and your brothers would hang out and do crazy stuff. Then i met you Donna who through out high school was such a wonderful person. I wish you all the best in this time of sorrow. As with my other brothers and sister have said Ronnie was truely a wonderful person. I’m happy to know that their is another guardian angel looking down on us all.
