Fraser, Robert Earl a 42 year resident of Torrance , passed away on Friday, December 19, 2003 in Torrance. Born in Canada, July 16, 1942, Robert was 61. Bob was very active in AYSO youth soccer for approximately 10 years & ALSO women's soccer league for the past 20 years. His life revolved around soccer and his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Fran; daughter & son in-law Shannon & John Moega, son, Troy Fraser, grandchildren, Jordan and Cody as well as many soccer players and acquaintances. Visitation will be held Friday, January 2, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at White and Day Colonial Mortuary, 901 Torrance Blvd. in Redondo Beach. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 3 at 11:00 AM at Ascension Lutheran Church, 17910 Prairie Avenue in Torrance. In lieu of flowers the family has set up a memorial fund with the North High Girls Soccer program in which donations can be sent directly to North High Girls Soccer, C/O Mizzy, 3620 W. 182nd Street, Torrance, Ca 90504 as Bob was very actively involved with many soccer teams and programs in the area.
