  1. Brenda and family, my heartfelt condolences on the passing of your father. May he rest in peace. May you find strength in your memories.

  2. Words seem inadequate to express the sadness we feel about Richard’s death. He brought so many gifts to our life, the celebrations we shared, fishing trips and of course the “Tall tale” fishing stories that followed, lol! And who could forget his famous “Fish fries”, We will never forget him! We are here to support you in your grieving process and whatever you might need. With all our love and sincere sympathy, Dr. David & Deborah Pommerenck

  3. My cousin Richard had such good, fun energy. I will miss him. He absolutely adored all of his kids and grandkids. I know that you will all remember him with that same fun energy when your grief has passed and time has healed your hearts.

  4. I met Doc Neese at the shooting range. He was always kind, generous in sharing his vast knowledge of shooting, and a true gentleman. The news of his passing was a shock and a heavy blow to his many friends at the range, and he will long be remembered, admired, and missed.

  5. He was a great man, a second dad and mentor to me. I had the opportunity to spend the last 5 months of his life with him and I will cherish those memories and all the others for the rest of my life. I gonna miss you buddy…

  7. Dr. Neese was not only a great Doctor he was a fantastic person. He teased me when he thought it was appropriate and I never left his office without feeling uplifted. Dr. Neese was a gifted Chiroprator, a healer. I told him he had magic hands and I always felt comforted by him while being treated for my physical problems. Dr. Neese never hurried to get to the next patient; while he was treating me, I was the most important patient he had that day. Gifted is what I will always remember about Dr. Neese and his sense of humor. He helped me through many really difficult physical problems. Love to his many family members. And thank you for sharing Dr. Neese with the rest of us. Mary B. Archer

  8. Dr. Richard Neese was a great alumnus of LACC and SCU. He served his alma mater in a variety of positions, including as a member of the Board of Regents, and he attended many events put on by the University. He was a positive influence upon the chiropractic profession and he was a wonderful role model for many younger practitioners. He will be missed greatly.

  15. Dr. Neese was one-of-a-kind, a very “special” man! I knew him thru the selling of his condos in Inglewood and Apple Valley and also sales of houses in Long Beach and Torrance. He was out-going, always up-beat and very professional. He spoke with such kindness, caring and love when he talked about his daughters and grandchildren. They were a huge part of his world. I will not forget him, he is in my prayers.

  16. Dear Michelle and family: Dr. Neese was our chiropractor for 30 years. We learned to trust and care for him and found him a wise and gifted healer and friend. Please accept our deepest sympathies for your loss. Carol & Monte Morton PS We very much wanted to attend the celebration of his life but unfortunately, my mother has had a medical emergency and we need to be close to home to tend to her. Please accept our apologies. Carol & Monte

  17. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I deeply appreciated Dr. Neece’s treatments while I recovered from an accident several years ago.

  18. Richard was a wonderful man who I remember always did wonderful things for his Torrance community. When I was running for Torrance City Council he gave me his office to hold a phone bank for the Torrance Police and fire Departments to call the residents telling them to vote for me. I did win my election as a Torrance Councilwoman and I always thanked Richard and told him I couldn’t have done this without him. I will miss that wonderful smile and the way he could make my back feel like new. My prayers and love go out to his family. Fondly, Councilwoman Hope Witkowsky (Retired)

  19. I was so sorry to learn of the passing of Richard Neese. Richard was one of the few chiropractors in this area when I came here in 1966. May his wonderful memories bring to you everlasting peace. ARTHUR

  20. To all who knew Dr.Neese and will miss him, Always remember, no one truly leaves us who lives in happy memories. God Bless, and comfort you.
