  1. Mr. Ginn was one of the sweetest and most unique people I have even known. Used clothing? Never spend more than 25 cents per unit. And those BEANS. I knew Mr. Ginn through son Greg. Greg\’s musical career may not have happened without the support of Mr. Ginn, and mine never would have happened without Gregg. I too owe Mr. Ginn more than words can express. To keep us hungry musicians from starving, he not only fed us, but employed us as well working on his various properties. Although this may not be the most appropriate place for this, Mr. Ginn was the TRUE and absolute hero and guiding light (along with Mrs. Ginn) of the South Bay Los Angeles music scene. Tanks for EVERYTHING Mr. Ginn. Best of luck to the Ginn family, Greg, Adrian, Raymond, and all the girls and kids too. Tom Troccoli
