  3. Phil will be greatly missed by both of us..He always treated me like a queen and my daughther like a princess. We loved him so much and will miss your love of Talk Radio, Bill O’Reilly, Stevie Wonder, Las Vegas, Blue Moon Beer and so many other things you shared with us…You will forever remain in our hearts.

  4. Fly-Fishing in Heaven: Phil was a great Man and will be remembered as such. He loved to Fly-Fish and always handled his catch (temporary) with delicate hands–to successfully release his friends gently–for a future engagement. He was well loved and he enjoyed life to the fullest. He will always hold a place in our hearts and we will always remember him. He was like a Brother to me. I’m sure the Fly-Fishing in Heaven–is superb! Chris & Lori Hein

  5. Phil, you are so loved and missed by all whose lives you touched. You were a wonderful friend and I could always count on you to lend an ear when I needed someone to talk to. I’m grateful for the loving father you were to our daughter Sarah and the best friend an ex-wife could ever have. You gave so much of yourself to me, our daughter, your friends, family and co-workers. The life lessons you taught me will remain with me always and I thank you. May you rest in peace now and forever. Love you, Cassandra

  6. My sincerest condolences to the family and friends of this beautiful man. A proper English gentlemen, he was. My family and I shall never quite recover this loss as Phil was the best “boss” a girl could ask for. He was generous, kind and a good friend. Never was a conversation concluded that he did not say “Thank You”. There will never be another like him and he will be missed by everyone who ever knew him. Good fishing, Phil! Love, Lori

  10. My sincerest condolences to Phil’s Family & Friends from all the McCarthys. Phil’s untimely passing was a shock and mystery. Some day we may find the true reason for such a loss. Phil was considered a good friend and trusted associate in a community plagued by less reputable acquaintances. I will greatly miss sharing a brew and a story with you buddy. Sorry you never made time for a lackadaisical sail to Catalina Island with me and Don. But I will treasure the brief time we did spend together. I salute you as best I know how; raise a cup of Good Cheer and drink boldly. I hope you can do the same in heaven. Best Regards, William (Larry) McCarthy and Family

  11. Phillip worked for Villa Figueroa and I had many wonderful conversations with him. He was loved by all at VF & the Board wishes to send their condolences. He was a character WITH Character and we will miss his unexpected passing. Hugs and Loves…Bonnie
