Beloved mother and grandmother, Patricia Jean Hansen, a resident of Manhattan Beach for over 55 years, passed away on June 24th, 2005 in Torrrance, California. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1925 and moved to California with her husband, Hap Hansen, in 1945. She owned and operated South Bay Escrow Company in Manhattan Beach for over 40 years and continued to work up until the time of her death. Prior to owning South Bay Escrow Company, Patricia worked as an Escrow Officer for the Bank of America in downtown Manhattan Beach. Patricia was a member of the Manhattan Beach chapter of the Neptunian Club and loved to travel and spend time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Terri Teague of Huntington Beach, son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Sandra Hansen of Laguna Hills, grandson, Ryan Hansen of Laguna Hills; grandson, Scott Teague of Garden Grove and granddaughter, Sandy Dykstra of Lakewood; along with 5 great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, June 29th at 1:00 P.M. at White and Day's Manhattan Chapel, 3215 Sepulveda Blvd. in Manhattan Beach. A reception will immediately follow at the Belamar Hotel in Manhattan Beach. Cremation Services at sea will be private.
