Pamela
The family of Pamela Ann McCaffrey is saddened to announce her passing in Torrance, on July 25, 2011. Pam is survived by her brothers Russ (Wanda) and Donald (Estela), and her sisters Joan and Marianne (Marvin). She is also survived by her nephews Patrick (Jennifer), Donald (Stacy), Matthew, and her godson James, and nieces Tammy (Jerry) and Katie (James), as well as her six grand nieces DeDee, Elly, Phoebe, Cali, Nikki, and Emmy. She was born in Boston, MA. on September 9, 1946. In 1958, the family moved to Torrance, CA. She attended schools in Boston and Torrance, as well as Long Beach State. She was a lifelong lover of horses and dogs. Her dog, Maggie, was her beloved companion. Pam raised and showed horses and provided lessons in riding. She worked for many years in broadcast radio as the traffic manager, where she formed lifelong friendships. Pam is greatly missed by all those who knew her, friends and neighbors she loved, especially Steve and Linda Franz. Services will be held at Saint James Catholic Church in Redondo Beach on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 2:30pm. The Rosary in her honor will be held on Friday July 29, 2011 at McCormick Mortuary, Redondo Beach from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.

  1. My heart is deeply saddened by Pam’s passing. I am so sorry you have to go through this pain. I consider you dear friends though I don’t know all of you well. I will never forget “Aunt” Pam.   4. I WAS SO SORRY TO HEAR OF PAM’S PASSING. I REMEMBER HER AS A KINDHEARTED PERSON WHO ALWAYS HAD A SMILE ON HER FACE. TAKE CARE OF EACH OTHER DURING THIS VERY DIFFICULT TIME FOR ALL OF YOU.
