  1. Nicholas Boden was a man of great character. His enduring love is shown by 65 years of marriage. His strength of faith is shown by his devotion to his church. His sense of duty is shown by his years of service to his employer. These things are not done easily in any day and age. I have come to know the great character of Nicholas through his daughter, Suzanne, and what a good person she is. I’ve come to know the character of Nicholas by how his support of Kerry and Suzanne has helped make their family strong. I have seen his devotion to his grandchildren. I have met his loving wife, Louise. Enduring love, unwavering faith, tireless devotion, these are not easy things to do, these things just don’t happen, it takes a strong and loving person, like Nicholas Boden.

  2. Uncle Nick……..In our youth, you filled our holidays and vacations with adventure and joy! No brakes on mountain roads, lightning fast toboggan runs, races across Lake Gregory, picnics, baseball games and barbeques ……. ALL treasured memories. As an adult I recognize what a wonderful role model you were for all of us: strength, kindness and humility. How lucky we have been to have you in our lives. We love you and we will miss you.

  3. Uncle Nick, Thank you for being such a loving uncle and thank you for the wonderful memories. You will be missed, but your warm smile will stay in our hearts forever. Love Cathy

  4. Dad, When I was a little girl you were my hero and you still are. Thank you for all of the wonderful gifts you have given me—your love, all the sacrifices you made for me, my Catholic faith, a lifetime of happy memories, and for teaching me so much about how to live life, especially in the last months of your life. I am going to miss you, but I also feel great joy and peace because you are in perfect happiness in the presence of God. I love you, Mary Ann PS I know there is baseball and golf in heaven, but are there devilled eggs?

  5. Dad, I was blessed to have you as my father. I will never forget your unconditional love and support. You taught me the greatest life lessons, not with words, but by your example. I miss you, but you will always be in my heart.
