Gonsalez, Michael Roman, a lifelong resident of the South Bay, passed away on Saturday, June 4, 2011 in Hawthorne, CA. Born in Los Angeles, CA, Michael was 65 when he died. Michael is survived by his wife of 27 years, Kimberly Griffin of Hawthorne, CA; daughters, Michelle Gonsalez of Lake Havasu, AZ, Denise Jotblad of Lake Havasu, AZ, and Dondi Gonsalez of Long Beach, CA; son, Michael Gonsalez Jr. of Lake Elsinore, CA; brothers, Bruce Gonsalez of Norwalk, CA and Thomas (Kelly) Gonsalez of Idaho; six grandchildren, and ten great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Carol and Roman Gonsalez. A gathering of family & friends will be held at White & Day Mortuary in Manhattan Beach on Thursday June 9, 2011 from 5 to 9pm.

  2. What a wonderful person! Always accepting and loving others without judgement. Michael you will be greatly missed by all who’s lives you have touched. You were deeply loved by your family and friends and your beloved wife and partner. You are someone who will never be forgotten, for sure! You have friends in heaven and on earth who are always in your corner because you have always been in theirs! Love to you. Rest in Peace, we will all meet again.
