  2. Hello Bobbie and Janine, I am so very sorry to hear about Mike’s passing and wanted to send my condolences. You may remember me as Ken’s first wife although I really got to know you best after Betty’s passing unfortunately . I will always remember how strongly your family was there for Ernette and Ken, during such a hard time. I hope that you will receive similar comfort from family and friends. My dear friend Ernette has shared the sad news with me. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you, with love Bonnie Lewis

  3. Aloha, We knew Mike as “Moto Mike” and had the honor and pleasure of knowing him from his weekend motorcycle rides. On his route to Palos Verdes, Mike would always stop into the Torrance Beach parking lot and visit with our group of “vintage” surfers at the top of the south ramp. We were always happy to see Mike and were all inspired by his upbeat attitude, determination to stay active and great smile. We will miss Mike’s visits but will always remember him as part of our group. Who ever may ride that motorcycle next has a big saddle to fill, Mike was a great man and we were honored to know him. With respect, The Riviera Wave Riders http://www.rivierawaveriders.org
