Feinstein, Mary Jane, a 67 year resident of the South Bay passed away on Thursday, August 11, 2011 in Torrance. Born in Turtle Creek, PA, Mary was 86 when she died. She was a member of American Martyrs Catholic Church in Manhattan Beach, and retired from Hughes Aircraft after 32 years of service. In addition to being a loving mother and grandmother, she was a big Dodger fan. Mary is survived by her sons, John and Chuck of Hawthorne, CA; Charlie (Tracy) of Long Beach, CA; daughter, Charlotte (Kevin) Vezina of Hawthorne, CA; sisters and brothers, Margaret (Jim) Dufalla; John (Josephine) Simmons; Charlotte Zukoski; Joe (Dolores) Simmons all of Indiana; and 6 grandchildren: Jennifer Feinstein, Jonathan Feinstein, Lauren Feinstein, Macy Vezina, Holly Vezina, and Denis Vezina. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Mary Simmons; son, Jerry Feinstein; and husband of 18 years, Charles Feinstein. The Memorial Service will be held at Rice Mortuary in Torrance on Sunday August 21, 2011 at 1pm. Burial will be private at Pacific Crest Cemetery in Redondo Beach.
