Mary Ellen Kukar

I used to work with Ellen at Honeywell. She was a good friend–we shared cat stories, vivid descriptions of delectable (or horrid) food we had eaten, and our reviews of films. While we didn\’t always agree, we always had great discussions. Ellen was amazingly generous; she planned a tropical theme party for me at work before I left for my honeymoon in Hawaii, she always made sure I had a loaf of her delicious persimmon bread for the holidays, and she regularly bought special treats for my cats. I know her life was tough; I hope she didn\’t suffer long. She will be missed.
