  1. Neat guy, nice person, he could fish, was fun to be around, He Could Do anything! How many boats did he build? Plans, drawings, no need………I remember the one about the Swordfish and the Mako shark, he looked at me and said, how do you lift a swordfish without a tail into the boat? Not sure how he ended up doing it before the shark got it, but he did! Marty you will truely be missed………please save a few fish for me. Dave

  2. I met Marty for the first time at the age of 14; I’m 43 now. I was working on my skiff when he walked across the street. That’s all it took! Marty and I fished, hunted, built boats and made great memories together. The “Wild Times” was just that – a lot of work while fishing for rockfish, shark and swordfish and some crazy days. Marty was a great mentor and a man that took me under his wings; he’ll be missed -Scotty

  3. My memories of Marty had been, and will always remain of the loving, caring, fun, thoughtful man that God brought so briefly to my life and made me feel so very special. My love and prayers to all his family.
