Hagenow-Heigh, Marlene Rosaland, was born in San Francisco on November 20, 1937, passed away on Monday, March 8th at Little Company of Mary Hospital from heart failure. Marlene lived most of her life in her Redondo Beach home. Her passions include caring for her husband, children, beautiful garden, collecting porcelin dolls and her many Pomeranian dogs. Marlene is survived by her husband Charles Hagenow, daughter Sandy Dolan, son Charles Hempel, brother Robert Blackwood, granddaughters Candice & Melissa Dolan, grandson Stephen Dolan and great granddaughter Lucy Soto. Also surviving are her beloved K-9 children, Spud, Princess, Sonny, Teddy, Lilly & Midnight. Her children, home and garden were her world, she will be deeply missed. Visitation will be on Tuesday, March 16th from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at the White and Day Colonial Mortuary in Redondo Beach. Services will be held on Wednesday, March 17th at 11:00AM in the mortuary chapel. Entombment will follow at Pacific Crest Cemetery in Redondo Beach.
