PARCELLS, LORI HELEN of Manhattan Beach , passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2004. She was born October 15, 1953 and was a native Californian. Lori worked in City Government for over 15 years and was the planning director for the City of Inglewood. Survivors include her devoted Mother, Betty Schutz, Daughter, Lorraine Parcells and her future-son-in-law Jonathan Mathews. Lori's life will be celebrated at services at WHITE & DAY COLONIAL MORTUARY CHAPEL, 901 W. Torrance Blvd.(at Prospect Avenue), Redondo Beach, CA 90277 on Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2004 at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Inglewood Park Cemetery in Inglewood.

Although I\’ve been out of touch with her since she left Inglewood, I will always remember her laughter and spunkiness. We had some great laughs out on the 2nd floor ramp of City Hall. My deepest condolences to her family. God Bless.
