Simoneau, 'Lee" Leonard Marcel a 60 year resident of Torrance , passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2005 in Torrance. Born in Pawtucket, RI on November 4, 1933. Leonard was 71. Leonard had served in the Navy during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by wife, Rosalie Simoneau of Torrance; sons, Christopher Simoneau of Torrance and Michael Simoneau of Carson; daughters, Jacqueline Simoneau of Redondo Beach and Joanne Simoneau of Torrance; brother, Rene Simoneau of Woodland Hills. Also left to mourn his passing are 5 grandchildren, Melissa, Matthew, Kyle, Danny and Ryan.. A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, June 23rd from 6PM to 8PM at Rice Mortuary, with vigil services beginning at 7PM. Memorial Mass will be Friday, June 24th at 10AM at the St. James Catholic Church in Redondo Beach. Inurnment will be at Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes. In lieu of Flowers, contributions may be made to the City of Hope.

  4. I was so sad to get the e-mail about Lee. I worked for him at the carpenter shop at Chevron. I considered him a very good supervisor and a mentor. He will be missed by many who worked with him.
