Faustina, Leonard Anthony Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, died at the age of 91 on December 22 in Los Angeles, CA. A retired lieutenant colonel in the US Army Reserve, he served in WWII, and was awarded the Bronze Star for valor. He worked as a registered civil engineer, with more than thirty years of service, building structures on freeways and interstate highways throughout Southern California. Leonard spent his later years in Cathedral City working as a consulting engineer and writing his WWII memoirs, recently published as Memoirs of an Engineer Lieutenant in World War II. He is survived by Lillian, his wife of 67 years; brother, Rev. John Faustina; sons, Leonard, Vincent and Stephen; daughters, Sister Angela, CSJ and Madelyn Murray; 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren
