Kenneth Rae Harryman was born in OK to John & Maudie, but the family moved to CA in 1930. As a child he took swim lessons with Esther Williams and made award winning model airplanes. He had jobs as a truck driver and auto mechanic while still in high school, but later got a carpenter job which led to getting a contractor's license for his own business designing and building custom homes. He always enjoyed doing athletic and competitive outdoor sports, especially motorcycle racing, boating and water skiing. He is survived by his children, Cheryl and Jimmy, grandsons, Darron and Jarrod, great grandsons, Jacob and Mason. Also, his wife Gloria and her daughters, Ana and Marlene, granddaughters, Jessele, Yvette, Lisette & Danielle, great Grandchildren Ariana, Gustavo, Mackenzie & Mia, sister Nancy and several nieces and nephews. A memorial to Ken will be held July 30th from 5:30-8:30 pm at White & Day Colonial Mortuary 901 Torrance Blvd. Redondo Beach, CA. We will miss him and will keep him in our hearts forever.

  1. You will be missed. I remember the trips to the Colorado River with everyone. I loved Skiing behind the boat and all of the fun times we had together. I was Jimmy’s Ex-Girlfriend Years ago. I was known as Linda Kaylor back then. God Bless your family. Linda
