Kenji, a well respected graphics designer, died on October 3rd at Long Beach Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife, Simone Yoshizumi, and his 2 children, Jana and Jay.
Kenji was most known for his designs of the TaB cola bottle, the original Dial Soap bar, and some VO5 packaging.
The viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 12 at McCormick Mortuary in Gardena. Kenji's Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 13 at the SGI Pico Community Center in Santa Monica at 7pm. Kenji's remains will be laid to rest at Oak Hills Memorial Park in San Jose, CA on Friday, October 15.
