Kelly Marie Bailey

Bailey, Kelly Marie Lifetime resident of the South Bay, born July 22, 1949 in Torrance, passed away February 15 at her home in Harbor City. Kelly was preceded in death by her life partner Hank Johannsen, parents Albert and Patricia Bailey, and brother Kevin (Tick) Bailey. Kelly attended Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach, El Camino College, getting her cosmetology license. She went on to further her education as a medical assistant and office manager. For many years she was co-owner of Dolphin Marine, in Redondo Beach. At the time of her passing, Kelly was employed at G.H. Palmer Associates in Los Angeles, and at Plums Country Kitchen, Torrance. She is survived by her sister Kathleen Maus of Rolling Hills Estates and brother Kenneth P. Bailey of Seaside, California. Kelly leaves six nieces and nephews and three grandnieces. The family will be holding a Celebration of Life at her home in Harbor City on Saturday, March 24, 2001 at 3:00 PM. Kelly touched the hearts of so many people and her presence in the lives of those who loved her will be missed forever.
