Josefino "Joe" Almazan Josefino passed away April 13, 2013 in San Pedro. Born in Hawaii, he was a long time resident of Gardena and member of St. Anthony of Padua Church. He was the greatest person and treated his wife like a queen. He loved to bowl, tell stories, cook, listen to jazz and Hawaiian music, play the ukulele, video poker and loves Sashimi (Poki). He is survived by his wife Catherine, sons Kerwin (Tiffany), Kevin and Roderick Almazan, brother Herman and sister Margarita and several nieces and nephews in Hawaii, Washington, North Carolina, Arkansas and the Philippines. The Memorial Mass will be Wednesday, April 24th, 11:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Church.
