  1. Evelyn and Family — Our hearts and prayers go out to you and your family during this time of mourning. But we know that you take great comfort in knowing that John is celebrating his new life in the presence of the Lord. With Much Love, The Shaw Family

  2. Dear Evelyn I was so sorry to read of John\’s passing but we can rejoice that he is now with the LOrd and we know that is a far far better place than we have known so far What comfort to know we will be there with the Lord and John and Charles someday Even so come Lord Jesus I was in Valencia at my Daughter\’s so didn\’t know sooner I will call you soon Love Dorothy

  3. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I have fond memories of the Sotack family when I was a young teacher. (Melody was in my fourth grade class.) I was happy to know a family with a strong faith in Jesus. Although we grieve, we do not grieve without hope. I am praying for you all. May you experience the comfort in your sorrow that only the Lord can bring you.

  4. Dear Evie: I was so sorry to hear of your loss but how wonderful to have the assurance that he is with his Lord as my Daddy is and to know that we will see them again soon. My brother read the obituary to me over the phone just the other night and gave me this website. I wanted to call you but your phone number was not on any of your correspondence to me nor was it in my parents\’ address book. I told Mom when I called her yesterday for our usual Sunday visit and she was so sorry. She would like to read the obituary so I will ask my brother if he still has it and will send it her. Or, perhaps, you would have an extra one or a copy to send. But, please don\’t trouble yourself as I know this is a very difficult for you. We will keep you in our prayers and may God bless you with his peace and comfort. Love, Julie
