  1. Dear Michael, I’m sorry that we couldn’t be at the service for John Paul today. Mary and I were in the babysitting co-op together and your boys were some of the first friends my son Nathan made. When I told him yesterday that John Paul had died, he said that the first birthday party he ever remembers attending was John Paul’s- I think it was JP’s fifth which would have made Nathan about 3. I’m glad to think that he is with Mary again now. Sincerely, Alison Wilcox

  2. I would like to offer our sincere condolences to the McCoy family and to Brian. My husband and I own Memory Lane Sports in Manhattan Beach and the boys were frequent customers of ours throughout the years. We enjoyed every story they had to tell about the Kings and all of the other hockey teams. There was never a dull moment whenever they would “roll in”!!!
