John
Michael, John "Jack" Adam, passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2008 in Torrance, CA. He was a 30 year resident of Manhattan Beach, spent 10 retirement years in Wofford Heights, CA, and most recently 3 years in Redondo Beach. Born in Detroit, MI, John was 79 when he died. John was a veteran of the Army and Merchant Marines during the Korean War era. He loved boating, fishing, hunting, was a fan of Nascar Racing and old western movies. He is survived by Daughters, Janice (John) Clary and Jacquie (David) Smith both of Redondo Beach, CA, and Sisters, Virginia (Malcolm) Cruickshank of Dana Point, CA and Doris White of Santa Monica, CA, Nephews, John Wise, Mike Cruickshank, and Nieces, Kim Cruickshank and Kristen Wise. John was preceded in death by Wife, Juanita Michael, Father, Roy Michael and Mother, Sophie Michael. The memorial Mass will be held at American Martyrs Church on Friday, May 2, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. Inurnment will be private.
