Jerre Antolic, born December 17, 1931 in Mar Vista, CA, passed peacefully to join the love of her life, husband, Robert, in eternity on Tuesday, July 14, 2009. Jerre lived all of her life in Southern California and was proud to be a "native" of this great state. She worked many years as cashier extraordinaire at Ralph's Market in Westchester, CA. She enjoyed her job immensely and was always ready to serve with an infectious smile and kind word. Jerre had a special place in her heart for Las Vegas, NV, where she and Robert were married and visited many times in their time together. Jerre is survived by her daughter, Debra Demuth and son-in-law, Gerald Demuth of El Segundo, CA, granddaughter, Heather Sanders (Cory) of Phoenix, AZ, whom she proudly raised to become a wonderful wife and mother, step-children Lorie Stewart (Robert) of Vancouver, WA, Kristie Longenbohn (Lance) of Westminster, CO, 5 additional grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Services will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at 10:00 AM at Visitation Catholic Church, 6561 W.88th Street, Westchester, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the charity of choice in honor of Jerre's life. 1. Hope all is well up there with other loved ones we’ve lost. Keep an eye on all of them for us and watch over us down here. Miss you lots and we’ll see you again when our turn comes around. Love your son-in-law/godfather Gerry

  2. Thank you for being the wonderful person you were and sharing your life with our family. We so enjoyed the many get togethers of good times splashing about in the pool, talking about your years growing up in Southern California, our mutual love of fresh fruit and veggies, sharing stories of raising kids, and many times just being silly! We will always remember you and be grateful for your kindness.

  3. Jerre, Now that your’e gone, you can move into your afterglow…I won’t tie you down with my tears, let’s be happy we shared together so many cool years. We shared so many laughs, as you can only guess, and how much your friendship has ment to me was a blast. I thank you for all the good times you have shown me, but now it is time to travel alone. I’ll grieve for you awhile, if grieve I must, then let my grief be comforted with trust. I’ts only for awhile that we must part, so I will bless the memories within my heart. Then when I come this way alone, I will greet you with a smile and a welcome home. Ho.Ho..Ho… May you rest in peace. Love, Daisy
