Beloved wife and mother, Jean was born in Dundee, Scotland on January 29, 1925 and passed away peacefully on December 19, 2004. A long-time Torrance resident, Jean is survived by her husband of 62 years, John ''Ian'' Mac Donald, Daughters Muriel Mac Donald-Pomeroy (Lee) of San Pedro, CA and Sheena Mac Donald-Lowson (Allan) of Vancouver, Canada, Grandsons Drew, Brent, and Kyle, and Great-Grand-Daughter Morgan all of Vancouver, Canada. Jean loved her books, crosswords and discussing politics. She had a great sense of humor, giving everyone a smile until the end.
A star will be named in her honor and a celebration of her life and scattering of her ashes will be in Dundee, Scotland.
