Janice Marie Sirridge (Taylor) Our beloved Janice Marie Sirridge went home to be with Our Lord on April 27, 2005. She was born in Phoenix, Arizona August 24, 1956. Her loving parents Henry and Ellen Sirridge moved the family to California when she was a young child. She lived in the South Bay area for the rest of her life, she was fortunate to have traveled to nearly every continent on business due to her very successful career as Vice President of Non-theatrical sales for MGM Studios. Sweet Jan was known in and out of the entertainment industry as not only the bright business woman that she was, but also as a giving, loving and humorous person. This was demonstrated by her long term close friend and business associate Cindy Taylor receiving over one hundred phone calls and emails from colleagues sharing their condolences for Jan. Her life was full of excitement, humor and hard work. Sharing seventeen years with her beloved husband Sidney Taylor, together they not only shared a deep love for each other, but for horses and dogs, family and friends. She loved our Lord Jesus and demonstrated this by her non-judgmental attitude toward others. Jan leaves behind her precious husband Sidney, son Chris, loving mother Ellen Sirridge, and her father Henry preceded her in death in the year 2003, Brother Steve Sirridge, sisters Sheila Johnston and Anita Anderson (Mike) a special niece Rose Ellen, a host of other relatives and special friends. She lived /Corinthians /13 with every fiber of her heart. If not for the faith and hope that we will be reconciled with her in Heaven through Jesus, none of us could bear our loss. So sweetie, until we see you again, keep riding those Heavenly ponies in our Lords Army. We will always love you and be grateful for you touching our lives the way you have. Home going Celebration is on Friday May 6, 2005 at 10:00am St. Lawrence Martyr Church, 1900 S. Prospect Ave.,Redondo Beach with interment in Green Hills Memorial Park, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA
