Jane Maria Angrisani

Angrisani, Jane M. a 56 year resident of the South Bay, passed away on Thursday, January 30, 2014 in Torrance at the age of 95. Born in New York, NY, she attended Washington Irving High School, then moved to California and worked for Hughes Aircraft as an Engineering Analyst for 30 years. She was also a volunteer at the Torrance Police Department. Jane loved people. Her hobbies included enjoying music and dancing, and she was a long-time passionate fan of the New York Yankees. Jane is survived by her two grandchildren, Joanne and Sonny; nephew, Anthony; and nieces Gracie and Dorothy. She was preceded in death by her parents, Antonio and Grace Asaro; daughters Lorraine and Joanne; and her husband Ralph Vincent Angrisani. The Service will be held at Rice Mortuary in Torrance on Saturday February 8, 2014 at 10am followed by a Reception in the Lighthouse Room. Burial will then take place at Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City.
