James unexpectedly passed into the arms of Jesus on January 12, 2021, at the age of 65. The son of Thomas and Faye Williams, Jim was a loving, generous, and caring son, brother, brother-in-law, and uncle. He had overcome several illnesses, including the COVID-19 virus. He had worked for International Rectifier and then at the Chevron Refinery in El Segundo. Jim was an avid fisherman and along with his brother-in-law they caught many rock fish, snag fish, and salad fish. He had belonged to several bowling leagues and had many trophies.
He is survived by his sisters Sharon (Roy) Bade and Linda Williams as well as nieces and nephews Bryan, Steven, Andrea, Darshanna, David, Harmony, Mackenzie, Jada, Skyler, Austin, Cheyenne, Devyn, and great-great grandnephews and niece: Liam, Mysty, Owen, Jacob, and Titton.
He had a great sense of humor and no one was safe when he was on a roll. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. We want to thank the people at Kaiser Permanente and Covenant Hospice Care for all you did to try to keep Jim healthy. You had a stubborn patient!
