James A. Buehner

JAMES A. BUEHNER, Of Torrance , passed away on Wednesday, September 17, 2003. He was born in Waterloo, IA, on March 16, 1924 and was a WWII U.S. Army Air Corps veteran. He is survived by his children, Victoria Lee Buehner and Rebecca (Mrs. David) Clark, both of Hawthorne, CA, John A. Buehner and Kimberly M. Buehner, both of Torrance, CA. Tony Buehner of Hawaii, Therese M. (Mrs. Richard) Buehner-Metzger of Torrance and Mr. and Mrs. James M. Buehner of Tenn. Also left to mourn his passing are his sister, Helen McMahon of Iowa and fourteen grandchildren. Visitation will be Sunday, September 21, 2003 from 5 PM to 7 PM,at WHITE & DAY COLONIAL CHAPEL , 901 W. Torrance Blvd., (at Prospect Ave.), Redondo Beach, CA, 90277. Rosary recitation will then begin at 7 PM at the same location. Celebration of Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, Sept. 22, 2003 at 1:00 PM at St. James Catholic Church, 415 Vincent St. (at PCH), Redondo Beach, CA, 90277. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Culver City, CA. 90277. In lieu of flowers, the deceased requested donations to Missionaries of Fatima, P.O. Box 10006, Torrance, CA, 90505
