He retired from Texaco after 20 years of service. Through his natural abilities he became a musician playing several instruments including the harmonica, violin, saxophone and trombone, his passion was the guitar. He was an avid sports fan watching football and boxing; during baseball season he would watch his favorite team, the Dodgers. He had a strong work ethic and a strong faith in God. Grandpa was a great father figure to all of us in the family. He was strict but loving in his own way. He was fiercely independent up to his last days and will be missed by his large loving family.
