Cavanaugh, Helen Marie of Torrance passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2000. She was born January 24, 1923 in Kansas and lived in the South Bay for 64 years. Preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Frank P. Cavanaugh, she is survived by her daughters Kathleen Norulak, Christine Green and Deborah Cavanaugh, all of Torrance, and her son, John, of Hollister. She also leaves her sons-in-law Frank Norulak and Mark Green, daughter-in-law Dana Cavanaugh, Grandchildren Sarah Cavanaugh and Brian Hart, sisters Loretta Greer, Shirley Hill, and Frances Cavanaugh and numerous nieces and nephews.. Vigil services will be 8:00 PM Thursday , December 28, 2000 and Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Friday, December 29, 2000 at the St. Anthony of Padua in Gardena, Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City.
