Gladys Naomi Hixon

Hixon, Gladys Naomi a 45 year resident of Long Beach, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2002 in Harbor City. Born in Bristol, OK, Gladys was 76 when she died. She loved to sew and cook and was always looking for new recipes. She also enjoyed taping video tapes, loved to fish and and she and the family enjoyed many happy days on the Colorado River. She is survived by Husband, Cliff Hixon to whom she was a married for 55 years and 1 day, Sisters Glenola Burris of Boise, ID and Dora Stotas of Long Beach, CA; Daughter in Law, Sandra Hixon; 3 Grandsons, 1 Granddaughter, 1 Great grandson, 2 Great granddaughters, 7 Nieces, 3 Nephews, 7 Great nieces, 9 Great Nephews and 3 Great Great Nieces. Visitation will be Monday, April 23, 2002 from 4:00 - 8:00 P.M. Services will be at the White & Day Colonial Mortuary Wednesday, April 24, 2002 at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Heart Association.
