Warner, George Albert age 90, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2006. George was a longtime parishioner of American Martyrs Church. George was active in the Knights of Columbus, formerly active with Boy Scouts of America and was the oldest crossing guard in Manhattan Beach. A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 11:30AM at American Martyrs Church with reception to follow.
I am a good friend of George’s son, Dennis. I only had the honor of meeting George on one occasion. He was a genuine person, someone who made me smile. I regret that I will not have the opportunity to get to know him better. My thoughts and prayers are with Dennis and his family. May God bring them comfort and peace.
