F.J. "Joe" Salmen was a successful Civil Engineer in the Los Angeles South Bay area from 1960 to 2010. He died of natural causes in August, 2014. He and his wife Jeanne raised 5 children in Redondo Beach, CA. Mr. Salmen is survived by his wife, his children, 14 grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
