  2. candle 4Uncle Fred was one of eight siblings: Helen Garcia Hernandez, Theresa Perez Machuca, Robert Garcia, Stephen Garcia, David Garcia, Lou Garcia, and Rudy Garcia.He fathered one daughter whom was African American many years ago who was raised by her maternal family! Many nieces and nephews to be proud of who live in surrounding cities in California, and one niece residing in New Mexico. Another niece lives in China with her spouse.He is of Mexican/Spanish descent whose parents were farm workers in Fillmore, California before moving to Santa Barbara where he attended public schools.His mother Erlinda Orabuena Garcia raised her eight children primarily in Santa Barbara with values passed on to generations thereof. Uncle Fred was a reflection of his Mother who bore her quiet demeanor and a great smile! Uncle Fred and Aunt Sue will always be remembered as a happy couple whose love lives on as a memory never to be lost, but forever in our hearts! We Love You Uncle Fred!
