Fabio, Frank a 47 years resident of Gardena CA passed away on Wednesday, November 26, 2008. He was born in Scottsdale-Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania on May 25, 1928. He celebrated his 80Th birthday among family and friends on May 25th, 2008. He was a member of St.Mark and St Mercurius Churches, Growing up in Pittsburgh , he loved playing football and running track at South Side High School, Joined the Army at the age of 18, participated in the World War II and He was Honorably Discharged from the Army, April 25, 1949 after serving in Italy . Frank was a family person, liked to spend time with them, he liked to cook, specially Italian food, handyman, loved doing home and auto repairs, landscaping, going to church specially Saint Antony Monastery at Yermo, CA. Traveling was one of his favor specially going to Las Vegas with his son Joe. He was a great host. Liked to read and owned books about science, medicine, gardening, cooking..ect When he had a moment to himself, he liked listening to Frank Sinatra, Mario Lanza, and Pavarotti, and loved all genres of music. He is survived by his wife Violette, 5 children, Joseph, Robert, Diane, Christine and Victor, 2 sisters, Marie, and Phyllis, and 1 brother, Leonard, 5 grand children and 2 great grandchildren. A gathering of family & friends will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2008 from 5:00 P.M. to 9.00 P.M. at Rice Mortuary, 5310 Torrance Blvd. in Torrance , CA. (310) 792-7599. The Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 5, 2008 at 9:30 A.M. at St. Abraam & St Mercurius Church, 3645 Torrance Bl., Torrance CA. 90503, (310) 316-6997. Interment will follow at 1:45 P.M., Stage Area #4 at Riverside National Cemetery , Riverside , CA .

We will always remember you Frank you were always a nice man when me and Magdalina working for you, sometimes you used to mess with me but I always lesten to you because you want me to do good job for you, you asked me to go learn english because I live in the USA, and I will Frankie go to school. Magdalena is asking God to rest in peace, she is sure that you are in Heaven now with God. We appreciate so much every thing from you and your wife Violette and we will always be with her, don’t worry Frank.
