Hueston, Francine Lise May 6, 1941 - February 16, 2010 Francine passed away on Tuesday, Feb 16, 2010 at her home in Hermosa Beach. Francine was born in Montreal, Canada and was 68 years old at the time of her death. She had a long, successful career with American Airlines holding several responsible positions in Los Angeles, Montreal and Hong Kong. She is survived by her sisters, Claudette Powers of Duxbury, Massachusetts and Louise Vinet of Montreal, Canada. She was the daughter of Albert and Lucienne Bourcier. She will be missed by friends and family. A memorial service will be held at Rice Mortuary on Thursday, March 4, 2010 at 2:30 p.m. with a reception to follow in the mortuary's Lighthouse Reception Room from 3:15 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

An airline employee and yet whenever she stepped on a plane to fly with Verne and Ann was the Flight Service Director, Francine would “white knuckle” and smoke all the way to the East Coast! What wonderful experiences working the gates in LA in the ’70s. Some of the best times of our lives. God bless you until we all meet again.

  20. Francine we spent many birhdays together even through you were born 5 years before me, I will miss you and we did enjoy working together at AA at LAX. We even enjoyed some flights to HNL together you will never be forgotten.

  21. It’s funny the things you remember about people. As a rookie way back in ’79 I met Francine while working at LAX and I remember her always drinking her coffee through a straw. I also remember her always being cheerful and helpful. My condolences to her family.
