Florence
Peralta, Florence Ann Florence, known to her friends as "Ann" passed peacefully from this life at home on Friday March 7, 2008 with loving family at her side. Born in Michigan, Florence was a long-time resident of the South Bay and Manhattan Beach and was employed with TRW for many years prior to her retirement. She was an avid poker player and a gifted dancer. Florence was the beloved mother to three children; son Stephen Alexander and daughter-in-law Judy Regotti of Manhattan Beach and two daughters, Janis Adler of Redondo Beach and Christina Fransone and son-in-law Andrew Fransone of Long Beach. Florence was the proud and adoring grandmother of three grandsons Daniel, Michael and Thomas Alexander. Preceded in death by her parents, as well as siblings, Robert, Joseph and Catherine; Florence leaves behind a brother, Charles Agozino of Huntington Beach, 2 sisters-in-law Alwyn Agozino of Huntington Beach and Rosalind Agozino of Walnut Creek and many nieces, nephews and loyal friends. Florence is lovingly remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother and a compassionate and generous friend always quick with a smile and a helping hand. Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. with a funeral mass immediately following at 11:00 A.M. both will take place at American Martyrs Church at 624 15th St., Manhattan Beach, CA. 90266 (310) 545-5652. Private interment will be Wednesday, March 12, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. at Green Hills Memorial Park at 23501 S. Western Ave, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275 (310) 831-0311.
