Ernesto
After a laborious illness, Ernesto passed away last December 28 in the City of Torrance. He was born in February 16th, 1964 in Mexico City, and established for the past 3 years with his wife in Torrance. Professional photographer with a master degree in communications, Ernesto will always be remembered as a noble man, generous, extraordinary husband, son, brother, and unequalled friend. He gave back smiles, hopes, and always had words of wisdom to whoever needed them. Shared his professional experience and knowledge in universities classrooms and, in the last years illuminated the faces of youngsters that had the fortune of being captured by the lens of his camera. His wife Marcela, his parents Eduardo and Enriqueta, his brothers, and relatives invite to a memorial mass to take place at 11:30 AM on January 20th at the Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 25511 Eshelman Av., Lomita CA 90717. And to accompany them to place his ashes to the Holy Cross Cemetery and Mausoleum at 5835 W Slauson Av., Culver City, CA 90230.

  1. No solo un excelente maestro de aula sino un ejemplo de vida. Ernesto siempre fue en ejemplo a seguir, desde la primera clase que el nos dio, supimos que se convertiria en la persona de la que mas aprenderiamos. Con su ejemplo, nos enseno no solo a fotografiar o a levantar una imagen. Nos ayudo a verle el angulo a las cosas y a encontrarle el brillo a la vida. Ironicamente, el brillo maximo de su vida aun no estaba a su lado. Nunca olvidaremos cuando nos conto del amor de su vida: Marcela. Desde que la conocio se convirtio en toda su razon de vivir y de luchar. Descansa en paz, querido Ernesto. Te extranaremos por siempre pero te agradecemos que nos sigas compartiendo tu luz ahora que estas en el cielo al lado de Dios.

  2. Marce came to make Ernesto’s life brighter. Both struggled to find a better life and surpassed challenges. They met real love as few people do; though angels belong to heaven. Ernesto will remain in our hearts and memories as a good man.
